We specialize in working with mission-driven organizations and their leaders in trying to meet maturational goals while resolving the inevitable resistances that stand in the way.

Dialogue Center consultants have worked with individuals, congregations, health care systems, publishing firms, colleges, and a range of other organizations including national denominational centers. Our work was featured in the PBS documentary, "The Congregation" and other venues. Dr. Fletcher and Dr. Michael have published widely in the fields of pastoral theology, psychoanalysis and organizational development. Dr. Fletcher teaches in the Pastoral Counseling program at Neumann College (www.neumann.edu) and also teaches at the Philadelphia School of Psychoanalysis (www.psptraining.com).
