Teams of trained consultants provide a range of services to faith-based and not-for-profit organizations. Our goal is to help mission driven organizations grow in integrity and effectiveness. Our expertise includes: visioning, planning, team-building, communication, resolving barriers to organizational growth and development, conflict management, change and diversity.
Executive Coaching
Seasoned leaders and consultants provide individual coaching and support for leaders in faith-based organizations. The focus is on learning to optimize strengths while facing vulnerabilities and ?growing edges?. We believe that emotional and spiritual intelligence are as important as technical expertise in making good leaders.
Leadership Training
Our consultants are excellent trainers, teachers and retreat leaders. We have conducted training events on a wide variety of topics including Team Building, Visioning, Communication, Leadership and Emotional Intelligence, Male-Female Collaboration, Group Facilitation Skills, Dealing with the Stress Demands of Leadership, Systems Thinking, Spirituality and Leadership, Change, Dealing with ?Difficult People? and Conflict Management.
On-going Consultation Groups
These on-going groups provide a confidential setting for leaders to consult with one another and with Dialogue consultants about their work in congregations and organizations. The emphasis is on prevention, early intervention, support, development of leadership skills, and increased congruence between the leader as person and professional.
Counseling and Psychotherapy
Dr. Wally Fletcher and Rev. Sara Lilja are both certified Fellows of the American Association of Pastoral Counselors. Wally Fletcher is also a certified psychoanalyst. Judy Fletcher is a senior candidate at the Philadelphia School of Psychoanalysis. Each provides counseling and psychotherapy for individuals, couples and families. Our special interest is working with non-profit leaders, Clergy and others for whom vocation is a central concern.
