Rev. Wally Fletcher, D.Min., Executive Director

Rev. Wally Fletcher, D.Min., is Executive Director of The Dialogue Center. He has extensive training and experience as a therapist, consultant, educator and non-profit executive. He is a certified psychoanalyst, a certified Fellow in the American Association of Pastoral Counselors and a member of The International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations. He teaches group dynamics and courses in Pastoral Counseling at Neumann College and courses in the history and evolution of psychoanalysis at the Philadelphia School of Psychoanalysis. He is an ordained Presbyterian clergyman and served as pastor of a small rural congregation before entering specialized ministry. He has published an article on "Group and Group Dynamics" for the second volume of The Encyclopedia of Christianity and is a regular contributor on pastoral themes for Lectionary Homiletics, a national journal for preachers.

Rev. Sara Lilja, M.Div., Assistant Director

Assistant Director, Senior Consultant and psychotherapist Rev. Lilja has extensive training and experience in parish ministry, interim ministry, congregational consulting and pastoral psychotherapy. Sara is a process consultant with extensive experience in planning. She is on the Board Directors of the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia where she chairs the Long-Range Planning Committee. She is an ordained pastor of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and is certified as a Fellow in the American Association of Pastoral Counselors. She has a special interest in lay and clergy leadership development for religious and non-profit organizations.

Rev. Dr. Melford E. (Bud) Holland, Jr.

For ten years, Senior Consultant, Trainer and Executive Coach, Dr. Holland led the Office for Ministry Development at The Episcopal Church Center in New York. Prior to that, he served first as rector of a vibrant suburban congregation and later as Deployment Officer and Bishop’s Assistant for Ministry in the Diocese of Pennsylvania. His experience as a visionary leader, creative program developer, consultant and skilled convener/host/facilitator of mission-driven work groups runs wide and deep. Dr. Holland is a graduate of Wake Forest University (BA), General Theological Seminary (M.Div.) and Princeton Theological Seminary (Th.M., D.Min.). His areas of special interest and expertise include strategic planning, leadership development and clergy coaching.
