Judy E. Fletcher, M.S.
Senior Consultant, trainer and psychotherapist, Ms. Fletcher has over twenty-five years of executive management experience in non-profit, healthcare systems. For the last five years she has served as Executive Vice President of Friends Life Care at Home where she developed, supervised and later oversaw their healthcare coordination system for over 1400 clients of the organization. Ms. Fletcher holds a Masters of Health Administration/Gerontology, has post-graduate training in pastoral counseling, and is currently a third-year student at the Philadelphia School of Psychoanalysis. Her special interests are in executive coaching for non-profit health care professionals and counseling with senior adults.
Thomas A. Michael, Ph.D.
Senior Consultant and Trainer, Dr. Michael recently retired as Associate Professor in the College of Business at Rowan University where he has taught since 1972. He has consulted, conducted workshops and published widely in the field of Organizational Development. He is an ordained Presbyterian minister, served two congregations in New York State, and served on the national staff of the Presbyterian Church USA in personnel referral and career counseling before beginning his career as a university professor. He is a member of the A.K. Rice Institute: Philadelphia Center for Organizational Dynamics, the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations, and the International Academy of Business Disciplines.
Rev. Kevin L. Porter, M.Div.
Consultant and Trainer, Rev. Porter has consulted and conducted workshops primarily in the areas of conflict management and communication skills. His consultative and congregational experience has been in communities of racial and socio-economic diversity. His professional development has been shaped by work as a hospice chaplain and management positions at the Prudential Life Insurance Company prior to his ordained ministry. He is a graduate of Harvard University and Princeton Theological Seminary.
